Short version: what you type into our tools never leaves your device.
The tools
- My Screening Plan and the wallet card run entirely in your browser. Your age, sex, risk factors and numbers are not sent to us or anyone else.
- The plan is kept in the part of the address after the # sign, so you can bookmark it. Browsers do not send that part to the server. (RFC 3986)
- The calendar file and the printout are made on your device.
- The tools save nothing in cookies or browser storage.
The site
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets its own cookies and receives the page address without the # part and without anything after a ? sign, so your plan and tool inputs are never sent. No ads, no other tracking pixels. How Google uses this data; to opt out, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Fonts are served from our own server, not a font service.
- Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, page address without the # part, browser type and time) for security and to keep the site running.
- Links to sources take you to other sites, which have their own privacy policies.
If this changes, for example if we add ads, this page will say so first, and tool inputs will stay out of it.
